DONATE TO OUR BROADWAY LEGAL DEFENSE FUND

- ERRD is an entirely volunteer organization. However, we are seeking donations to pay for the legal expenses we are incurring and anticipate incurring in order to mount a legal challenge to the City’s proposed upzoning of Broadway. Your generous donations will be put to good work.

SMALL BUSINESSES MATCHING GIFT CHALLENGE

Filing a lawsuit is expensive. Recognizing this, several of our Broadway small businesses have generously offered ERRD a $15,000 Matching Gift Challenge. Though they wish to remain anonymous, we thank these hardworking small business owners for their support and leadership.
